• Replacement during warranty is handled as per the brand’s service policy.

3. Delivery & Installation

• Free delivery and installation are provided in select local areas only.

• Delivery time depends on product availability and service schedule.

• Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery for any visible issues.

4. Old Battery Exchange

• Exchange value of old batteries depends on type, condition, and brand.

• Customers must return the old battery at the time of new battery delivery to avail the discount.

5. Payments

• We accept Cash, UPI, and Online Transfers.

• Full payment must be made at the time of delivery or installation.

• No credit facility is available unless agreed in writing.

6. Service & Repairs

• Inverter repair and wiring services are provided by trained technicians.

• Service charges will vary based on distance and issue type.

• We ensure best possible repair but do not guarantee performance for non-branded or tampered devices.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Once a battery or inverter is installed, no return or refund will be accepted unless covered under brand warranty.

• Refunds (if any) are subject to management approval.

8. Safety & Usage

• Customers must use batteries and inverters as per manufacturer guidelines.

• We are not responsible for any damage due to mishandling, short circuit, or electrical faults at customer premises.

9. Limitation of Liability

Online Battery Hub is not liable for any indirect loss, power failure, or downtime caused by battery or inverter malfunction.
